Counselor III (LSW, LPC, LCDC II or III) Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in human service or behavioral science with two (2) year of experience in the field of chemical dependence or mental health treatment.
  • Valid State of Ohio LPC, LSW, LISW, LCDC II or III licensure.
