Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team at Exit 56 Therapy Group, LLC. In this role, you will provide therapeutic services to clients, utilizing your expertise in individual and group counseling to foster healing and resilience. This position plays a vital role in our commitment to enhancing the mental health of our community.

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
Provide individual and group counseling sessions focusing on various mental health issues.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality.
Utilize ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation of diagnoses and treatment.
Implement evidence-based practices, including applied behavior analysis when appropriate.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients.
Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes.

Requirements

Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
Current state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and ethical standards in therapy.
Experience in individual and group counseling is essential.
Knowledge of geriatrics or working with individuals on the autism spectrum is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to care.
