We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English and possess a strong commitment to helping individuals from diverse backgrounds. This role involves providing therapeutic services to clients, working collaboratively with other clinicians, and participating in ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and family services in both Spanish and English
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and medication management providers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with practice policies and state regulations
• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and supervision as required
• Stay informed about the latest developments in the field of mental health and integrate best practices into clinical work

Requirements

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution
• Strong clinical skills and experience working with diverse populations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
