Our team is comprised of a multitude of diverse health care professionals which include Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA), Board Certified Assistant Behavioral Analyst (BCaBA), Registered Behavior Therapists (RBT), Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA), Certified Occupational Therapist (OT), Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A).

Assistant Clinical Director (BCBA)

Behavioral Transformations provides ABA Therapy for children ages 2-17 years old, who are diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities. We provide services in clinic and in-home settings. Behavioral Transformations is located just east of Dallas, Texas. We are seeking a licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. (BCBA)

JOB PURPOSE:

  • To help children who are diagnosed with Autism, developmentally delayed or at-risk children by providing multidisciplinary child and family assessments and interventions.
  • Candidates will be considered for an Assistant Clinical Director position.
  • The Assistant Clinical Director reports directly to the Clinical Director. Assistant Clinical Directors also have ultimate accountability for ensuring appropriate ABA programs are being implemented for each assigned child in his/ her caseload. To accomplish this, he/she provides behavior-analytic expertise, manages client, and parent relationships, and supervises a team of RBT/ABA therapists to ensure the quality execution of behavior-analytic duties.

  • This position may require light travel to clients' homes for assessment, parent education, and support.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must possess a college degree and current BCBA Certification

  • Ability to connect easily with others.
  • Ability to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians with the BACB.
