About Us:
We are a rapidly growing ABA Therapy clinic dedicated to providing high-quality, individualized therapy for children ages 2 to 14 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs. Due to a growing number of clients, we are expanding our team and are actively looking for passionate professionals to join us in making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.

Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a full-time, in-center Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team. The BCBA will oversee client programming, supervise RBTs, and work closely with families to ensure meaningful progress. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow with a supportive and expanding clinic.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (e.g., FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS).
  • Design and implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and support to RBTs and behavior technicians.
  • Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Facilitate parent training and collaboration to support generalization of skills.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with BACB and insurance requirements.
  • Collaborate with clinic staff and other professionals to ensure a team-based approach.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification (in good standing with the BACB).
  • State licensure, if applicable.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in ABA preferred, especially working with children ages 2–14.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Committed to evidence-based practices and client-centered care.
