Covelo Group is hiring Float Behavior Technicians (BTs) to support multiple school sites during the 2025–26 academic year.

This role offers flexibility, variety, and the chance to support students across a range of grade levels and campuses.

What You'll Do:

• Provide behavioral support to students across different classrooms and school sites
• Implement IEP or 504 plan strategies and reinforce positive behaviors
• Track student progress and communicate with staff at each site
• Collaborate with teachers, clinicians, and support teams

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience with ABA or behavioral support (preferred)
• Active BLS certification
• Flexibility to travel between sites within the Sacramento area
