Job Summary:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker will join a Mental health agency in Freehold NJ, providing behavioral health assessment, brief treatment and consultation to the practice medical providers for a child, adolescent, and adult patient population.
Essential Functions:
- Provide direct clinical services to clients through one-on-one and group sessions
- Make assessments on client presenting problems and disorders and provide diagnosis
- Create treatment plans specially tailored to the client utilizing a variety of techniques
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare providers to evaluate all contributing factors, such as medical and physical condition of clients
- Measure progress and effectiveness of treatment and adjust as needed
- Ensure accurate documentation of sessions
- Maintain confidentiality of clients treatment and records in accordance with HIPPA
Key Relationships:
- Reports to the Executive Director/Clinical Director
Job Requirements:
- Master s Degree in Social Work required.
- LCSW Licensed Clinical Social Worker NJ license
- A minimum of 2 years of experience hands on practice in a client-focused environment, working with children, adolescent and adult patients
- A track record of success working in an environment of collaboration, transparency, mutual respect, and shared passion for excellence and innovation
- The ability to plan, organize, prioritize daily tasks and work with minimal supervision
- The ability to express oneself clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
