Position Overview

WeCare Alliance is currently seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will deliver direct services to clients of all ages through evidence-based assessments, bio-psychosocial assessments ,psychotherapy, and care coordination. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients receive quality care and sustained support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapeutic interventions
  • Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)
  • Monitor and document client progress in an Electronic Health Record (EHR) in compliance with state and agency guidelines
  • Provide clinical case management services, including referrals, advocacy, and follow-up
  • Participate in regular team meetings, case reviews, and professional development activities
  • Collaborate closely with other practitioners to coordinate clients care.
  • Maintain up-to-date licensure and adhere strictly to ethical and professional standards

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
  • Current and unrestricted LCSW license in the State of New Jersey
  • Minimum of 2 years post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in outpatient or community mental health settings
  • Strong clinical documentation skills and familiarity with EHR systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families
  • Bilingual (Spanish, Haitian Creole, or Portuguese) a plus, but not required
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility for in-person or hybrid service delivery

Pay: From $83.00 per hour
