Salary: $50,000-$53,000 depending on experience (increases once BCBA licensure is achieved and increases further once fully credentialed as a BCBA)

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree obtained in a graduate program approved by the BACB.
• Completed 1500 hours + of required supervision hours.
• Passion for Patient-centered, ethical, and evidence-based care
• Team-oriented mindset with a drive for excellence
• Experience as an RBT or working directly with children with autism preferred
• Eagerness to grow, mentor, and collaborate within the intern position to transition into the BCBA role
• A good person with the desire to learn, accept and provide feedback, and ability to find your niche within a growing and excelling team.
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Demonstrates professionalism and ethical behavior at all times.
• Enthusiastic about working with children with autism
• Eagerness to learn Cole Academy’s values, data systems, and client-centered approach
