Middle School Psychologist

Location: Mokena, IL (60448)

Schedule: Full-Time (2025-26 School Year) | 37.5 hrs/week

Compensation: Up to $64/hr (W2 position with benefits)

Connected Health Care is looking to hire a School Psychologist for a middle school role in the Mokena area.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations (cognitive, academic, social-emotional)

Lead MTSS implementation for 6th-8th grade students

Provide crisis intervention and threat assessments

Develop behavior intervention plans for adolescent populations

Participate in 504/IEP meetings with expert recommendations

Deliver social skills groups and staff training

Maintain compliance with Illinois School Code and IDEA

Requirements:
Master's/Ed.S/Ph.D in School Psychology

Illinois PEL with School Psychologist endorsement
