A prestigious organization is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with potential for a leadership position. They will be performing behavioral assessments and developing appropriate treatment plans to conditions such as ASD, OCD, and ADHD. They will mainly contribute to improving individuals' lives by promoting positive behavior changes and skill acquisition. The center is offering $115K per year and more, plus hefty employment packages for full-time, including paid time off (PTO), medical, dental, and vision insurance. Also, part-time positions are available.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify target behaviors,
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings,
Monitor and analyze behavior data, making data-driven decisions to modify intervention strategies as needed,
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and behavior plans,
Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting collaboration and open communication, and
Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians, ensuring effective implementation of behavior plans.
Qualifications:
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst,
Active RI license,
At least 1 year of experience,
High organizational skills, and
Effective and compassionate communication skills.
Job schedule:
Part-time (1-3 days per week at least 10 billable hours per week) (Preferred)
Full-time (Monday to Friday, 36-48 hours per week at least 25 billable hours per week)
Pay Level:
Full-time: $135K per year and more for clinical director positions.
Part-time: $ 85 for a billable hour.
