School Psychologist (Full-Time, Onsite 20252026 School Year)
Location: Lynnwood, Washington
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite | 37.5 hours per week
Contract Dates: August 18, 2025 December 2025 (with potential for spring extension)
Caseload: Elementary

Position Summary

ProCare Therapy is partnering with a local school district in Lynnwood, WA to hire a full-time School Psychologist for the first semester of the 20252026 academic year. This is an in-person position working with elementary-level students. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional who thrives in a collaborative school setting and is committed to supporting student well-being and educational success. Contract extension through the spring semester is possible based on performance and district needs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Administer psychological and educational assessments

• Contribute to special education eligibility decisions

• Collaborate with school staff and families to develop student support strategies

• Participate in IEP and intervention planning meetings

• Provide behavior and academic consultation as part of MTSS/RTI

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines

• Offer direct counseling services as needed

Required Qualifications

• Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology

• Valid Washington State ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certification in School Psychology

• Experience with elementary student populations preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

• Ability to work onsite in Lynnwood, WA
