About Job
- Provide individual, group, and/or family counseling services.
- Complete thorough client assessments and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for case consultations.
- Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards.
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current LMHC license in Washington State (required).
- 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to cultural competence and ethical practice.
