This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development / Community Liaison based in West Des Moines, IA. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, clients, and community organizations to drive business growth. Daily tasks include creating and executing outreach strategies, attending community events, and acting as an ambassador for Sunlight Senior Care to promote and expand our services.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or community outreach
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and senior care services is a plus
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
