Who we're looking for:
A Resident Care Manager who:

• Holds a current LPN or RN license in the state of Oregon
• Has a strong sense of accountability, clinical excellence, and team leadership
• Can manage care plans, coordinate interdisciplinary teams, and advocate fiercely for residents
• Believes in working hard and laughing hard
