Requirements:
Applicants must meet all local and state requirements to be considered. These typically include:

  • Valid Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certification in School Psychology

  • Completion of an accredited School Psychology graduate program (Masters or Specialist-level degree)

  • Washington State background check and fingerprint clearance

  • Familiarity with IEPs, FBAs, and behavioral intervention strategies

  • Strong communication and collaborative skills

Typical Responsibilities:

  • Conducting psychoeducational assessments to support special education eligibility

  • Collaborating with IEP teams to develop effective student support strategies

  • Supporting students with emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges

  • Providing consultation services to educators and families

  • Maintaining compliance with state and district guidelines
