The ideal candidate will have experience working with couples and families and a passion for promoting mental wellness in a safe, supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions.
  • Conduct clinical assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Document progress accurately and maintain client confidentiality
  • Collaborate with colleagues and community partners to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Stay current with continuing education and professional standards.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
  • Active LMFT license in the state of Washington (required).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
