Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the root causes of behavior issues in individuals with autism.

• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.

• Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and caregivers.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

• Stay current on best practices and research in the field of behavior analysis.

• Some remote may be available.

Job Types for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with SHS: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $36 - $45 per hour

Expected hours: 25 40 per week

• Monday to Friday

• 0800-1800
