Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced School Psychologists for a full-time position with school districts in the Fort Worth, Texas area. We are seeking professionals who are committed to supporting student success through evidence-based psychological services and collaborative problem-solving.

Position Overview:

  • Location: Fort Worth, TX

  • Schedule: Full-Time

  • Start Date: Immediate

  • Contract Type: School-year contract with potential for renewal based on performance

Qualifications & Requirements:
Applicants must meet all local and state criteria, including:

  • Valid Texas licensure as a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) through the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field

  • Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and developing intervention plans

  • Successful completion of fingerprinting and background checks required by the state of Texas

  • Must meet any additional district-specific onboarding or credentialing requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to determine eligibility for special education services

  • Develop and participate in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams

  • Provide individual and group counseling to support students social-emotional well-being

  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support student behavior and learning needs

  • Promote data-driven decision making and contribute to the development of interventions and behavioral strategies

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district policies related to student psychological services
