A full-time School Psychologist position is available for the upcoming school year in Holyoke, MA, supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This role requires onsite presence within a K-12 educational setting, providing comprehensive psychological services to support student development and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needs.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide counseling and intervention strategies to support student mental health.
- Participate in multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and contribute to school-wide behavior and academic improvement plans.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts School Psychologist licensure is required.
- Experience working with K-12 students in educational settings.
- Strong understanding of psychological assessment tools, counseling techniques, and special education laws.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
