School Psychologist (LOA Coverage)

Location: Rocklin, CA
Assignment Dates: October 2025 March 2026
Schedule: Full-Time, On-Site (35 hours/week)

Job Overview:

ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified and compassionate School Psychologist to cover a leave of absence (LOA) from October 2025 through March 2026. This role is located in Rocklin, California, serving Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 6th grade students.

Youll join a supportive school team to provide a combination of assessment, counseling, and consultation services with a manageable caseload and a highly collaborative environment.

Position Details:

• On-Site Only

• 3 Severe SDC (Special Day Classes) with a total of up to 24 students

• Responsible for approximately:

• 810 psychoeducational assessments

• 4 students currently receiving direct psychological services

• Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and special education staff

  Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations for students referred for special education services

• Provide direct psychological services to identified students

• Participate in IEP meetings and consult with staff/families on student needs

• Maintain accurate records and documentation per district and legal standards

• Support behavior intervention plans as needed in SDC classrooms

  Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctoral Degree in School Psychology

• California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential School Psychology

• Prior experience with elementary school populations and/or special education preferred
