InSync Consulting is hiring Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) for contract roles in Vacaville, CA. If you're passionate about behavioral health and ready to support individuals and families in a correctional setting, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

• Active CA LCSW License
• BLS Certification (AHA)
• 1+ year of LCSW experience

Qualifications

• Master’s in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Valid CA LCSW license
• Background in family therapy, behavioral health, or corrections
• Excellent communication & rapport-building skills

Job Duties

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations
• Develop personalized treatment plans (psychotherapy, ABA, more)
• Facilitate individual, family & group therapy sessions
• Provide addiction counseling & support
• Monitor client progress & adjust care plans
• Collaborate with social workers, education staff & clinical teams
• Maintain accurate & confidential documentation
• Stay current on behavioral health practices
