Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapeutic support to students, addressing their emotional and academic needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, administration, and families to create comprehensive support plans.
• Facilitate group and individual counseling sessions, promoting healthy social and emotional development.
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with school policies and regulations.
• Partner with outside agencies when necessary to enhance student support services.

Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts DESE license as a School Social Worker/School Adjustment Counselor (All Levels or PreK8).
• Masters degree in social work, School Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
• Experience providing counseling services in a school or child-centered clinical setting.
• Preference for candidates with LICSW, LCSW, or LMHC licensure (or in progress).
• A minimum of one year of related experience preferred.
