SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
Come work as a BCBA/BCaBA with Dominion Care! Here at Dominion Care our staff and clinicians are down to earth, fun, energetic, and person-centered. We focus on natural environment teaching and emphasize our core values. #hotjob
As a clinician with Dominion Care, we provide you with a work phone and laptop. We allow clinicians to have room to grow into their own leadership style with guidance as needed. Leadership also gives incentives to clinicians for billing more than the 21 billable expectation weekly. We have so many more benefits. Come see what we have to offer!
The Behavior Analyst acts as the primary clinical leader for a team of staff and a caseload of clients. A full caseload is considered between 10-12 clients per in-home clinician and between 8-10 clients for the EIBI clinician. The number of clients depends on the severity ofthe case and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. The ability to lead and manage staff, provide clinical oversight and supervision, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times is critical for this position. Behavior Analysts are expected to ensure all staff on their team are billing at their expected requirement.
