Job Title: Patient Exercise and Care Coordinator

As a Patient Exercise and Care Coordinator (Physical Therapy Technician/Care Liaison), you will be an essential part of our patient-focused team, working alongside a group of highly educated and motivated professionals with an outstanding reputation in the community.

Responsibilities Include: Patient Care

• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and other interventions.
• Observe and document patient progress during treatment sessions.
• Educate patients on proper use of treatment equipment and exercise routines.
• Help patients safely navigate the facility before and after sessions.

Clinical Support

• Prepare and clean treatment areas and equipment before and after use.
• Apply basic physical modalities such as hot/cold packs, ultrasound, or electrical stimulation under supervision.
• Assist in assessments of range of motion, strength, balance, and walking ability.

Administrative Tasks

• Greet and assist patients; answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
• Collect copays, coinsurance, and deductibles during patient visits.
• Help patients complete intake forms and related paperwork.
• Maintain inventory, order supplies, and ensure clinic areas are well-stocked.
• Confirm upcoming appointments and assist with coordination of care.
• Attend training sessions and help onboard/supervise part-time support staff.

You will work under the supervision and direction of a licensed physical therapist. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as a proactive, compassionate attitude.
