Children's Milestone ABA is a behavioral health organization. We provide Applied

Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum.

Our qualified Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) possess experience,

training, and utilization of their skills to improve social, behavioral, and adaptive

skills, with individually customized programs.

WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR BCBA's TO PROVIDE

 2-3 initial assessments per month (combination of In-person and remote

assessments

 supervisee 2-3 Hybrid caseload

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Conduct descriptive and methodical behavioral assessments, including functional

analyses and maintain a caseload of 2-3 clients, additional cases can be added if

necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Master's degree in behavioral analysis, psychology, education, or related field.

Current BCBA certification and MD license (LBA)

1-year experience preferred but not required.

Current malpractice insurance.

Awareness and ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments.

Display excellent clinical competence and judgment.

Demonstrated skills and experience with ABA with children with ASD or similar

disorders.

Job Type: Hourly

Salary: $100-110 per hour

Schedule:

 FLEXIBLE- 8 hours per assignment

 Hybrid evening caseload between 4:30 PM-8:00 PM

License/Certification:
