Overview

Saint Alphonsus Medical Group seeks a BC/BE Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join a physician-led, multi-specialty group with a multidisciplinary team approach. The team currently includes three physicians and one clinical psychologist, with additional recruitment underway. The practice is part of a network of 70+ primary care and specialty clinics, with nearby inpatient services at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center.

Practice Details

Our outpatient services provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment for adolescents, children, and adults, utilizing psychotherapeutic and psychopharmacologic interventions within a multidisciplinary team. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with 34 patient contact hours per week and no call responsibilities.

Candidate Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
• Completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA psychiatry residency program
• Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship training
• Board certification through ABPN or AOBNP, or eligibility to obtain within 3 years
• Ability to obtain Idaho medical licensure and privileges at SARMC
• Valid controlled substance registration with the Board of Pharmacy and DEA
