Are you a passionate BCBA looking to make a lasting impact in the lives of students? We’re seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our school-based team and support students, educators, and families with high-quality behavioral services.

We're offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus as a thank you for joining our mission—paid out in installments throughout your first year! Plus a bonus structure for performance!

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Provide direct support and coaching to school staff and paraprofessionals
  • Monitor progress and adjust strategies based on data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with IEP teams, school psychologists, and other related service providers
  • Deliver staff training and parent education as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
