Are you passionate about helping individuals achieve independent living and vocational success? We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Psychosocial Rehabilitation Counselor to join our Clubhouse Program team.
In this role, you will work independently with clients to build essential skills through group training and individual support. You'll maintain a caseload, develop treatment plans, and ensure all paperwork meets licensure and Medicaid regulations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting in the planning and implementation of our Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program (Clubhouse Model).
- Developing and monitoring individualized treatment goals and objectives.
- Supervising skill-building work units focused on living skills, socialization, and vocational placement.
- Transporting clients for program activities and special events
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services field (required)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in providing behavioral health services to individuals with mental health, intellectual disabilities, and/or substance use issues (preferred)
- QMHP or QMHP-Trainee certification or ability to obtain (required)
- Valid Driver's License (required)
