Overview:

Princeton Staffing Solutions is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a public school district setting. This W2 contract opportunity is available for both local and travel professionals seeking full-time or part-time roles. Join us in making a difference for students with autism and behavioral support needs through evidence-based interventions, professional collaboration, and family engagement.

Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) - School Based - Qualifications and Duties:

  • BCBA will provide behavior analysis services and develop behavior intervention plans for special education students. In addition, this person provides support and professional learning to school staff, paraprofessionals, and parents/guardians, with respect to behavior intervention techniques, conducting assessments, and developing behavior intervention plans.
  • Acts as liaison with the public and mental health community for the purpose of supporting individual student development goals.

  • Administers programs and services for behaviorally or emotionally disturbed students.
  • Assists with student crisis intervention, developing interventions, functional behavior assessments and behavior plans.
  • Collaborates with school personnel, agencies, and families in coordinating individualized services for students. Collecting and Summarizing Behavioral Data
  • Completes all reporting requirements as mandated by the district, state, federal, and educational agencies (i.e. restraint and seclusion, assessments, behavioral data)
  • Participates in the development of Individualized Educational Programs for students.
  • Provides social skills instruction to students utilizing research-based methodologies and approved District curricula.


License - Education - Certification:

  • BCBA certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Master's degree or higher from a program in behavior analysis or a related field
  • Behavior Analyst License from the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists
  • School-based experience working with students with autism, other behavior challenges.
