Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough behavior assessments to identify individual needs and objectives.
- Design and implement personalized behavior intervention plans grounded in ABA principles.
- Deliver direct behavior therapy, adhering to established protocols and treatment strategies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including caregivers and educators, to develop comprehensive intervention strategies.
- Analyze data to assess progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Provide training and ongoing support to caregivers and professionals implementing intervention strategies.
- Remain informed about the latest research and best practices in behavior analysis and autism treatment.
Qualifications:
- Board certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in delivering behavior analysis services.
- Deep understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices.
- Experience in conducting comprehensive behavior assessments and formulating intervention plans.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis techniques.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to various locations.
