Job Description

JSG is Hiring for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a great client out in Flint, MI. The position is fully on-site offering a $5,000 sign on bonus.
Job Duties:
1. Core Responsibilities

1. Perform functional behavior assessments and document in the Information Network
2. Obtain necessary consents and document in FIN
3. Design and write: BTPs, quarterly reviews, and licensing assessments
4. In-service behavior treatment plans
5. Provide continual assessments as per the policy for new residents
6. Provide staff training in behavior strategies, positive interaction, structured routines, coping skills training and redirection strategies.
7. Consult with treatment team to problem solve and make programmatic changes
8. Attend meetings as needed:
   1. Weekly program meetings
   2. All staff meetings
   3. Lead meetings
   4. Preplanning meetings
   5. Core group meetings (as needed)
   6. Person centered planning meetings
   7. Behavior management review committee (as needed)
9. Consult with provider and treatment team regarding policies and procedures in clinical care
10. Consult with psychiatrist and other medical professionals as needed to coordinate medication with treatment plans
11. Model and monitor program implementation
12. Provide progress reviews on a quarterly basis at minimum
13. Flexibility and commitment to work the hours and times required to perform the responsibilities of the job, including evenings and weekends as may be necessary

2. Effective Teamwork & Communication

1. Utilize all communication tools including FIN
2. Maintain a positive, collaborative relationship with all management
3. Maintain and advocate for all Manor residents' rights
4. Complete any additional task assigned by the Clinical Director
