Are you ready to support mental wellness in the Meridian, ID area? Join our team with locations in Meridian and Boise. This role allows for a blend of in-person and telehealth services, giving you the freedom to craft your ideal work mix - whether that's 3 days in the office and 2 from home or another arrangement. Day-to-day, you'll handle client scheduling, conduct intake assessments, lead therapy sessions, and collaborate closely with a clinical supervisor. Initial screenings are managed centrally to match clients with therapists based on their availability.
Highlights:
Preferred Schedule: Many of our team members find success working Monday to Thursday, beginning sessions around 10 or 11 am and wrapping up by 6 or 7 pm to foster a healthy work-life balance.
Responsibilities
•Establish a connection and create a positive relationship with clients during intake sessions
•Participate in both individual and group supervision sessions, as well as attend clinical training sessions regularly
•Develop and execute personalized treatment plans for clients
•Ensure all required documentation is accurately completed and submitted within designated timelines
•Aim to maintain a caseload of at least 15 billable client hours per week
Qualifications
•Licensure eligible masters/doctoral degree (MA, MS, MSW, PhD, PsyD, etc.)
•Preferably active license (LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LP, LMFT, etc.)
•Good judgement
•Open to coaching/feedback
•Willingness to learn new information and ways of conducting therapy
•Interest in learning attachment and somatic-based approaches to therapy
•Competent or coachable with technology (e.g. Gmail and Simple Practice)
