Job Overview
NMG Counseling, LLC is seeking a compassionate and skilled Part Time , Associate Level Clinician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence based, therapeutic services. NMG Counseling, LLC offers a collaborative, supportive environment that is committed to providing the highest level of care to our clients. This role offers a flexible schedule, with primarily in person sessions. Some telehealth sessions available.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide counseling services to children and adolescents.
- Maintain a caseload of 10 clients per week, minimum.
- Complete clinical documentation, including intake assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans, in a timely manner.
- Collect and maintain accurate data on client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with other providers, as needed, to ensure coordinated care.
- Participate in weekly supervision and occasional team meetings.
- Maintain ethical and legal standards in compliance with state licensing board requirements and HIPPA.
Qualifications
- Required Licensure: LMSW or LPC-A (CT).
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field.
- Experience, and/or special interest in Anxiety Disorders is a plus.
- Reliable, organized and independent
- Strong clinical skills and experience working with children and/or adolescence
- Interest in working in a private practice setting with a holistic approach
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
