Keystone Mental Health Services is currently seeking Peer Support Specialists to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.
The Peer Support Specialist performs peer support services by providing education, support, and opportunities for adults with mental illness. This position role models competency in recovery and ongoing coping skills and provides assistance with skill development and resource awareness and utilization.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Peer Support Specialist Certification
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to read, interpret and apply policies, plans and regulations
- Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and able to learn other software as needed
- Valid driver’s license
- Daily access to privately maintained and insured vehicle depending on work location
- Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks
