Seeking a licensed psychiatrist to join a multidisciplinary team supporting mental health care through collaborative, goal-oriented, measurement-based approaches.
- Provide consultation on treatment plans, medication, and behavioral health strategies for assigned caseloads, including case reviews and educational support.
- Work closely with primary care providers and behavioral health managers via phone, video, or in person, ensuring timely treatment adjustments and complex patient evaluations.
- Develop in-service training and maintain communication to support primary care mental health integration.
- Require California or Massachusetts license, effective communication skills, team collaboration, and experience in primary care or liaison psychiatry.
