Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to children, families, and individuals, focusing on various psychological issues. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering psychotherapy to enhance the mental well-being of clients. The Psychologist will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Duties
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for children and families.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide psychotherapy and mental health counseling to clients with diverse needs, including those with autism.
- Engage in crisis intervention as needed to support clients in distress.
- Supervise and mentor interns or junior staff members in clinical practices.
- Collaborate with schools and community organizations to provide support for students and families.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient care and treatment progress.
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in psychology.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure as a Psychologist.
- Experience in child family counseling, crisis intervention, and pediatrics is preferred.
- Proficiency in mental health counseling techniques, including psychotherapy and clinical counseling.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients of all ages.
- Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to providing compassionate patient care in a supportive environment.

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
