Wings is currently hiring a behavior technician to work with two children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder at our center in Interbay.

The Opportunity:

As a CBT you will be part of a team dedicated to improving the lives of young children and their families. You will help children navigate through everyday tasks by implementing individualized programs based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This involves using an iPad to collect data while working directly with a child. Wings Services provides ongoing collaboration, training, supervision and support along with competitive wages.

Qualifications and Competencies:

The ideal candidate will enjoy working with and have a natural rapport with children. He or she must be must be professional, dedicated and energetic with a passion for improving the lives of children and their families. The successful candidate will be a quick learner, open to receiving feedback and continuously focusing on improving their own skills. Previous experience with ABA, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) is required for this position. In addition, pass a background check and have access to reliable transportation.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
