Clinical Director (BCBA) – Ruby ABA

Ruby ABA is seeking a passionate, experienced, and mission-aligned Clinical Director to join our leadership team! This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned BCBA ready to take the next step in their career by guiding and mentoring others while maintaining a manageable caseload. What You’ll Do as Clinical Director:

• Lead clinical oversight for your assigned clinic, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality ABA services.
• Supervise and support BCBAs and RBTs, fostering their growth through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Maintain a small caseload, modeling excellence in clinical practice and family communication.
• Oversee initial assessments, reassessments, and programming for clients across your clinic.
• Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines and payer requirements.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to uphold efficient scheduling and service delivery.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and clinical training of new team members.
• Promote a strong, values-driven culture through example and mentorship.

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification and Ohio COBA license required
• Demonstrated leadership ability — formal supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent communication, mentorship, and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort making data-based decisions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to undergo a background check

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 35 lbs
• Able to perform gross and fine motor activities including kneeling, squatting, and sitting on the floor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
