Sugar Pine Counseling is currently hiring 1-2 clinicians. These roles can be part time or full time. Option to start part time this summer and work towards full time in the fall.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling
- Licensure in the State of Idaho
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional training in an Evidenced Based Trauma treatment modal (EMDR, TF-CBT, DBT)
Job Requirements:
-10 scheduled openings for Part time work
-20 or more scheduled openings to see clients (no more than 35 scheduled hours per week) for full time work
-Current Idaho license in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy
-Provide your own liability insurance, NPI # and keep CEU's up to date
Clinical Duties include the following:
-Complete Compressive Diagnostic Assessments, treatment plans and notes using templates provided in Therapy Notes.
-Perform duties in a manner that respects client self-determination and adheres to the NASW code of ethics or the ACA code of ethics.
-Complete weekly excel spread sheet showing sessions worked/notes completed.
-Manage your on going schedule: Select days and times to work from the scheduling options provided based on room availability.
- Minimum of 2 days if office. Can work remotely as well for an additional day/days if desired. Flexibility to work remotely as needed for work/life balance.
Sugar Pine Counseling Provisions:
-Client referrals, furnished office and lobby, marketing, billing, credentialling and payment collection services, EMR, and office assistant.
Payment Arrangement:
55% to 65% of fees collected based on experience and Licensure.
Typical range is $60-$125 per clinical hour with the average of around $100 per hour.
Annual bonus paid out in December.
