Must be an active BCBA licensed in Idaho
We are seeking experienced, credentialed BCBAs to join our network of consultants. This is a flexible, remote, contract-based opportunity ideal for professionals who want to contribute their expertise to growing ABA organizations. Consultants are engaged on an as-needed basis and may support clients with clinical oversight, supervision guidance, compliance review, or credentialing support.
Responsibilities May Include:
- Providing expert consultation to ABA providers on clinical programming and service delivery
- Supporting documentation audits and quality assurance efforts
- Offering supervision guidance in accordance with BACB standards
- Advising on Medicaid or insurance-related compliance (state-specific)
- Participating in credentialing or payer setup using your credentials (with consent)
- Assisting with clinical process development or review as needed
Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing BCBA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with remote work and using teleconferencing platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Compensation:
- Hourly rate based on experience
- 1099 Independent Contractor
- Hours vary depending on project needs
