What You’ll Do

• Provide therapy to children ages 3–13 using play therapy techniques (75% or more of your caseload).
• Optionally see some teens and adults.
• Maintain accurate clinical notes using Jane App (EHR).
• Engage in team meetings, trainings, and consult groups.
• Contribute to a positive, respectful group culture.

• Are a fully licensed LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Texas
• Are trained in play therapy or currently pursuing your RPT
• Are passionate about working with kids and families
• Can commit to 20–25+ client sessions weekly
• Are open to seeing clients evenings or weekends (high demand hours)
• Want to grow within a supportive, collaborative group practice
• Are eligible for insurance credentialing through Headway or similar panels
