This position will oversee our clinic in Bowie, MD, to ensure the implementation of programming among our clients, model strategies and provide professional development for RBT's and BT's, working along with our clinic leads to help ensure a well-run program, while also maintaining a manageable caseload of approximately 8 clients. The schedule would entail 3 days per week in person and 2 remote days each week.
You must be located within travelable distance to the clinic.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement applied behavior analysis techniques and behavioral therapy strategies tailored to each client's needs.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and support families, particularly those with children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Proficient in applied behavior analysis and patient assessment
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation
- Experience in behavioral therapy, particularly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities
- Skilled in data collection and diagnostic evaluation
- Familiarity with special education and working with individuals with autism
