We provide community-based Applied Strategies, Inc., which focuses on Families First. Our behavioral company of excellence consists of registered behavior technicians and board-certified behavior analysts who are highly trained in ABA and clinical leadership. A solid administrative team works together to provide ABA services for individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). We specialize in providing intensive, individualized treatment rooted in the principles of ABA to meet our patients’ needs. Our treatment plans focus on increasing skills that will lead to increased opportunities, involvement, and independence while simultaneously decreasing problem behavior and other barriers to learning.

Our mission is to decrease the challenges faced and enhance the lives of individuals with ASD and their families by providing one-to-one instruction, group treatment, education, training, guidance, and resource Analysis services, working in schools, family homes, group homes, etc. Applicants must be knowledgeable in assessment and intervention development, data collection, and parent/caregiver training; must have experience working with children and/or adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Additionally, our behavior analysts supervise RBTs. The BCBA-LBA supervising the RBT is responsible for the work performed by the RBT on the cases they are overseeing.

Part-time positions are available to work with children ages 2-21. Benefits included: PTO, insurance offered for all full-time positions (25+ billable hours per week), 401K
