Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Group Facilitator to join our team. The Group Facilitator will be responsible for leading group therapy sessions, providing support, and implementing therapeutic interventions for individuals dealing with various mental health challenges.
Other job duties include but not limited to:
- Process daily progress notes
- Produce ISP’s & Discharge Summaries as needed
- Attend weekly staff meetings
- Participate in weekly supervision
- Effectively utilize empirical research and evidenced based practices to implement group curriculum
- Utilize behavior modification and de-escalation skills to appropriately manage the group setting
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to better serve each client in a person centered and resourceful manner
Qualifications
This position is reserved for CSAC (or equivalent) credential holders who demonstrate ability to maintain documentation compliance and standards, efficient with computer utilization, and an understanding of how to effectively facilitate group (with quality service) while working with co-occurring disorders in a group setting. This individual must demonstrate our core values and expectations with the department mission and vision in mind. CSAC certified or CSAC eligible.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday with some Fridays for intake of new clients, supervision, staff meetings, and documentation.
