Your Role as an ABA Behavior Technician
As a Behavior Technician at Compass, you will:
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, or community settings to children and adolescents under age 21.
- Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement treatment plans and interventions.
- Engage caregivers through coaching, modeling, and supportive communication.
- Use video-based supervision and a collaborative approach to enhance your clinical skills.
- Maintain accurate session documentation and data collection.
Qualifications:
- Required: High school diploma, valid driver’s license, and at least 3 years of licensed driving experience.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field.
- Preferred: Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate from $20-$26/hour, based on experience
