Intentional Counseling and Wellness, LLC is a new and rapidly growing group private practice specializing in outpatient mental health therapy. The name Intentional Counseling & Wellness reflects our belief that meaningful change begins with conscious, mindful decisions. We strive to create a space where each step is purposeful, every interaction carries meaning, and every person feels truly seen. With more than 45 years of combined experience, ICW delivers high-quality counseling services. Our practice is also introducing a distinctive mix of self-care offerings to complement our therapeutic approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, couple, family, or group therapy in your area(s) of clinical specialty.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Engage in continuing education and professional development as required by licensure.
  • Uphold our mission of delivering intentional, client-centered care in a welcoming, supportive space.

Qualifications:

  • Active licensure in Pennsylvania as an LPC, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist.
  • Demonstrated clinical experience and strong therapeutic skills.
  • Dedication to ethical practice and client confidentiality.
  • Passion for working in a group setting grounded in intentionality and wellness.
  • Clinicians are required to maintain professional malpractice insurance and submit current clearances (details provided in the contract).
