We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic clinical team. The BCBA will work in a clinic-based setting, providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism. This position involves supervision of RBTs, development and oversight of treatment plans, direct client assessment, and collaboration with families and interdisciplinary team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skills assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R).
- Develop, implement, and supervise individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and best practices in ABA.
- Provide direct supervision and clinical guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior therapists.
- Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Train and support staff and caregivers on ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including session notes, progress reports, and insurance requirements.
- Participate in regular staff meetings, professional development, and clinic activities. Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards as outlined by the BACB and relevant state regulations.
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Licensed as a behavior analyst in Maryland.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinic environment.
- Schedule: Full time
- Compensation: $85.00-$105.00 per hour commensurate with experience.
