- San Ysidro Health Center: 4004 Beyer Boulevard, San Ysidro, CA 92173
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Hybrid role: 3 days/week in-office (potential to reduce to 2 days/week onsite)
- Licensure: Fully Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- LMFTs will not be considered
- Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Experience outside of licensure is preferred but not required
- Fast-paced outpatient behavioral health setting
- Diverse patient population: predominantly low-income, geriatric, adolescents & adults (adult population prioritized)
- Average 12 therapy sessions/day (mix of 1-hour and 30-minute visits)
- Monthly, not weekly visits in many cases
- Mix of in-person and telehealth sessions
- FQHC Clinics:
- Focus on mild to moderate mental health concerns
- Session structure:
- Intakes: 1 hour
- Adults: 30-minute follow-ups
- Children: 45-minute visits
- 11–12 sessions/day
- High need: Therapists for children age 5+, especially under 10
- CCBHC Clinics:
- Focus on moderate to severe concerns
- Weekly therapy sessions
- 45-minute appointments, :9 per day
- High need: Therapists experienced with pregnant/post-partum patients
- All San Ysidro Health sites are designated Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSA)
- Eligible for state and federal loan repayment programs
