We're Hiring: Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)Location: Hanford, CaliforniaEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary: $140,000.00 - $160,000 per year + benefitsPosition Overview:As a Remote LMFT, you will provide virtual therapy sessions to clients residing in California using secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms. You'll have the autonomy to manage your caseload and schedule while receiving full administrative support and professional growth opportunities.Key Responsibilities

Provide individual, couples, and family therapy via telehealth
Conduct clinical assessments and create tailored treatment plans
Utilize evidence-based practices to support clients through a variety of mental health issues
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our secure EHR system
Collaborate with a clinical team and participate in optional case consultations and trainings
Adhere to all ethical and professional standards as set by the California BBS

Requirements

Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the State of California
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
Previous telehealth experience is a plus, but not required
Comfortable using EHR systems and virtual communication tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
Cultural competence and a commitment to serving diverse populations
Must reside in California or be willing to work with California-based clients only
