About Job
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy via telehealth
- Conduct clinical assessments and create tailored treatment plans
- Utilize evidence-based practices to support clients through a variety of mental health issues
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our secure EHR system
- Collaborate with a clinical team and participate in optional case consultations and trainings
- Adhere to all ethical and professional standards as set by the California BBS
- Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the State of California
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
- Previous telehealth experience is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable using EHR systems and virtual communication tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Cultural competence and a commitment to serving diverse populations
- Must reside in California or be willing to work with California-based clients only
